When you submit an application form, a new insurance card (with a changed insurance-card symbol / number) and insurance-premium notice of payment will be delivered to your home by the Yazaki Health Insurance Society. To complete the Voluntarily and Continuously Insured Person procedure and obtain eligibility, you must pay this premium by the 10th of the corresponding month.
